Summary: Great Bike for the price

Comment: The bike came in good shape, box all in tact, no dings or dents on the bike.
My husband is pretty handy at putting things together and had put a bike together before so it took a couple of hours for him to get it assembled. The bike is mostly together anyway, so it was not as hard as some other bikes. Adjusting the gears might well be the toughest part, and the instructions are ok, not great. But the bike itself is very nice for riding on a casual basis, or perhaps even to work. On my bike, which was the ladies version, I was pretty uncomfortable on the seat so I switched the seat out for a different style which I find much better. My husband seems to be just fine on the seat that comes with the bike, it really isn't a bad seat, but just personal preference. We ordered the 19 inch version of this bike and my husband is very comfortable on it, he is 5ft 10 inches in height.
We have had both of our bikes for about 4 months now and no complaints about it. Works well!

Comment: this bike was delivered by ups. box was coming apart. i assume it was poor handling by ups. some assembly was required. reading assembly instructions it was noted to take bike to specialist for final adjustments. no where on ordering site was this stated. that added to the purchase price. would not order bike online again.
